Beautifully kept park, and a must for MOITLD fans. If you know you know if you don't then you're missing out. Always someone wearing 'orange', can be found. Cafe is excellent lots of home baked cakes.

No facilities from the council to engage tourists , plus the council is earning on public toilets, that's a shame.

We enjoyed our walk around Hope Park in the summer of 2024. We went down to the shore of the lake, and of course had to get a photo of our dog, Bella, with the statue of Max.
